Dokmeh’s warranty for one year includes any kind of technical problem related to leather and lining production process and the fittings thereof. However, this warranty does not include the use of unauthorized and low-quality waxes and preservatives, scratches or breakage caused by improper use and impacts of sharp and rough objects, exposure to and contact with any kinds of chemicals (body sweat, acids, fats, alcohol …) , and long-term exposure to intense sunlight and direct heat .
